The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended separately.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are residents living in Goyang-gu E Apartment-gu, Goyang-si.

The Defendants: (a) around June 30, 2013, G construction implemented as part of the FF construction ordered by the Korea Rail Network Authority; (b) around July 30, 2013, which was interrupted by the residents of the above apartment complex; (c) and (d) resumed around July 2014, the Defendants attempted to interfere with the said G construction by preventing the entry of construction equipment and materials into the front road of

1. Defendant A and B conspired with approximately 20 occupants of H and apartment houses from around 09:15 on August 7, 2014 to around 10:00 of the same day, the victim’s G construction work was obstructed by force by force by preventing all vehicles from entering the construction site in collusion with the victim’s vehicle from entering the construction site four times from the above date to August 12, 2014.

2. Defendant A and C conspired with about 10 residents of the above apartment complex from around 09:20 on August 13, 2014 to around 11:00 on the road in front of the above apartment complex, and Defendant A, as described in paragraph (1) of the same day, was unable to enter the construction site by blocking the vehicle from entering the construction site due to his body by blocking the vehicle from entering the construction site, and Defendant C was unable to get off the vehicle loaded on the vehicle, thereby obstructing the victim’s G construction work by force.

3. Defendant A, in collusion with about 10 residents of the above apartment complex, in front of the above apartment complex from around 09:10 on August 14, 2014 to around 09:40 on the same day:
