A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On January 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a CNp motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.138% in the section of approximately 3.5km from the road front of the central hospital located in the jurisdiction of Suwon-si, Suwon-ro, Seoul-ro, 1035 to the road front of Samsung Samsung Samsung 3 Apartment-ro, Seoul-ro, Seoul-ro, 1035.

2. The Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph (1) for the foregoing reasons, and continued to take a bath and take a walk; (b) obstructed the Defendant’s performance of official duties, at around 09:15 on the same day, committed assault, such as taking the bucks of the slopeF belonging to the police station E district unit in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Police Station E District, where the Defendant was prevented from taking the bucks in order to transport the Defendant at around 09:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest and escort of police officers.
