Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 12, 2015, the Defendant purchased 80,000 won in cash in front of the D Station of Busan subway Co., Ltd., located in Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “MMMM”), after receiving approximately two g of a penphone, which is contained in a transparent vinyl paper, from the front of the D Station of Busan subway Co., Ltd.
