A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant:

1. On September 2015, 2015, after mixing the upper volume of the Memptotop (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) of the Memtoptop (one philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) in the guest room in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, it is delivered by means of injection into the right arms of the F and in the same way as the mepopon is administered in one way at the same place;

2. On September 2015, 2015, a police officer: (a) at a hotel of H hotel number of H hotel G in Busan Metropolitan City, for the purpose of dilutioning the volume of phiphones into water and for the purpose of injecting the said F with water for injection; (b) administering the said F with a method of injecting it into his arms in the same place;

3. On September 2015, 2015, a police officer of the H hotel room in the middle of the H hotel, issued to the above F by means of dilution the volume of phiphonephones into water and giving it to the arms of the F for injection, and administered in the same manner in the same place, with the method of injection into his arms in the same manner;

4. At around 01:00 on September 30, 2015, the above H H H hotel room, in a manner of dilutioning the volume of phiphones into water and for injection to the above F's arms, and was administered in the same manner in the same place.
