1. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 27,786,667, and KRW 7,788,00 for Plaintiff B and each of the said money, the Defendant shall start from June 9, 2014 to June 2015.

The name of the project and the name of the public announcement of the project: The date of the adjudication of expropriation by the local land expropriation committee of Gwangju Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City on July 6, 2012: The land subject to expropriation on April 24, 2014: The date of the commencement of expropriation of each land in the separate list owned by the plaintiffs (hereinafter “each land in this case”): The amount of compensation on June 8, 2014: The amount of compensation as indicated in the separate list “compensation for expropriation” (hereinafter the appraisal results of the above appraiser) based on the arithmetic average of the appraised values by two appraisal business entities, shall be calculated as indicated in the separate list “compensation for expropriation” (hereinafter “appraisal for expropriation”): The date of the adjudication by the Central Land Expropriation Committee on March 26, 2015: The amount calculated on the basis of the arithmetic average of appraised values by two appraisal business entities, and the amount of compensation for each land in this case is deemed to be adequate, and the purport of the adjudication of the parties’ respective appraisal methods or appraisal methods shall be deemed to be unreasonable.
