Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2019, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven a Fluter car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.125% in the section of approximately 50 meters from the road of the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon to the road of the Ethy in the same Gu.
