Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2019, at around 18:50, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.059% from the Daejeon Pungdong parking lot to the front of D in the same Gu C from around 1km to D in the same Gu.
