Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of a village bus combined with C.
On January 20, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on January 21:25, 2013, and led to the left-hand turn from the two-lanes of the distance of the head office market in the Si/Gun/Gu in the Si/Gun/Gu of U.S. at the speed from the distance of the head office of U.S. to the Si/Gun.
