1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A operated the Ka Center (hereinafter “E”) with the trade name “E” in Chungcheong Dong-dong D, Chungcheongnam-dong, and Plaintiff B is the spouse of Plaintiff A.
B. The Defendant operated another fishing agency (hereinafter “G”) with the trade name “G” from the Northbuk-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, adjacent to E.
C. On March 23, 2017, at around 00:45, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred in the vicinity of a typoid (hereinafter “the instant typ”). Around 00:45, a building, business facility, etc., in E was damaged by flames, due to the occurrence of a fire in the vicinity of a typoid (hereinafter “the instant typoid”).
The results of the investigation or appraisal by the police station, fire station, and the National Science Investigation Institute which investigated the fire of this case or the cause thereof are as follows.
