Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who was elected as the E team leader in the election of the 21st National Assembly member that was implemented on April 15, 2020 in the election of the 21st National Assembly member in the election of the 21st National Assembly member in the B constituency as a party C.

No person shall publish false facts about support from a specific organization in favor of a candidate by means of a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or other means, for the purpose of getting elected.

D only visited the election office of the D candidate for personal friendship with the candidate, and there was no fact that the general meeting of the D candidate, the doctoral meeting of the D candidate, the presidential meeting of the D candidate, the presidential meeting of the D candidate, and the development supporters' association have expressed the support and name of the D candidate. The H major doctoral meeting did not have visited the D candidate's election office.

Accordingly, the defendant published false facts that the above four organizations support D candidates for the purpose of making D, a candidate for the 21st National Assembly member election, elected.
