Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Jeonju District Court on April 21, 201, and two years of probation on February 8, 2013 at the Gwangju High Court (Seoul High Court), which became final and conclusive on May 9, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 7, 2015, the sentence of suspended execution became void and the said sentence was completed on July 2015. B On March 20, 2017, the Jeonju District Court sentenced one year of suspension of execution to six months of imprisonment for violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, and then the said judgment became final and conclusive.
