Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall interfere with the examination and treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, force, or other means.

On January 10, 2014, at around 22:11, the Defendant: (a) brought D, which is a main agent, in the C Hospital Emergency Service Center located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) brought the victim E (34) who is an emergency medical doctor, in order to take food and drink treatment; (c) but, on the ground that the victim E (34) needs to take follow-up and conduct medical examination; and (d) the victim E (34) has failed to promptly treat the defect, and caused the fluence by failing to promptly treat the defect, the Defendant provided the victim’s chest at one time after pushing the victim’s chest into the emergency room; and (d) caused the victim’s injury, such as brain, having been in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

As a result, the defendant assaulted the victim who is an emergency medical personnel and obstructed the treatment of the emergency patient and inflicted an injury on the victim.
