1. The Defendant: 400,936,00 won to the Plaintiff A; 264,98,000 won to the Plaintiff B; and 70,252,000 won to the Plaintiff C; and each of them.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On April 16, 2003, Plaintiff A registered the business of inland fish farming in the name of “E” and registered the business of cultivating snives, etc. in the name of “E,” pursuant to Article 11 of the Inland Water Fisheries Act.
