On July 26, 2013: (a) around 23:10 on July 26, 2013, the said vehicle owned by the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol of approximately 50 meters from the two libraries located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to the roads in the same Dong-dong, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.137%.
