On July 14, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 1 km from around the restaurant of the Doggdong located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu to the two stations located in the same Dong-dong.
