Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 10:10 on October 10, 2012, at the front parking lot in the area of the passenger line C, the victim D (W, 56 years of age) waiting to leave the house; (b) the Defendant was boarding a car with the Defendant’s EM5 car and talked about the repayment of the borrowed amount of KRW 115 million that the Defendant lent to the victim; (c) induced the victim to take the victim on the top of the operation of the said car; and (d) drive the said car in the direction of the former F in which the victim’s workplace is located.
1. On October 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stopped the said car in front of the Sugwon Dog-dong 890-149, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Sugwon 10:30 on October 11, 2012; (b) 3: (c) 10 minutes of the victim’s left hand, 20 minutes of the victim’s hand who intends to get off the said car; (d) 30 minutes of the victim’s left hand, and (e) 30 minutes of the victim’s left shoulder in order to speak the victim to use the mobile phone.
As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the part of the next sale, which requires treatment for about 14 days.
2. At around 10:50 on the same day as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) started the said car and driven the said car in front of the Sugwon Agricultural Branch; and (b) was demanded by the victim to bring the said car down to the Defendant; and (c) was made through the road in front of the Hogwon-dong 911, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, through a road in front of the 11:10 on the same day, and received a report from the police who was called up until he was informed of the fact; (d) the Defendant got off about 4 kilometers until he was informed of it; and (e) driven the car at a speed of about 50 kilometers per hour; and (e) the Defendant detained the victim at a speed of about 50 kilometers per hour by using the window opening or the doorlight in the driver’s seat so as to prevent the victim from getting off from the road for about 20 minutes by hindering the victim.
