A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to take a lecture for sexual assault treatment for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:00 on May 3, 2012, the Defendant was aware of the trade name in the hand-on Dong of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and went through the victim F of E and E’s friendly job offering (the 25 years of age) and drinking.

Defendant’s Month

4. At around 02:30, at the time of Suwon-si, the victim’s house located in Suwon-si G, the front parking lot of the H apartment located in Suwon-si, using the Defendant’s Iunst vehicle to take the victim, and then, the victim was sent the Defendant on several occasions.

When the victim refuses to do so, the defendant left the above vehicle to the J in Sung-si, by leaving the victim to the chief of the defendant's vehicle.

Although the defendant requested the victim to get out of the train, he did so, he did so, and she saw the defendant's vehicle for about 10 minutes to the above J, and detained the victim.

2. At around 02:40 on May 4, 2012, the Defendant had the Defendant stopped the Defendant’s vehicle on the front of the J insular city and had the Defendant feel to commit an indecent act against the victim.

4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Incriminary Measures) provides that the central separation line installed at the beginning of the emergency runway of J while driving the Defendant’s vehicle in the direction of water source after the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim F at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) of this Article shall be the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle.
