. The main contents of the instant lease agreement concluded on September 13, 2014 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) are as follows.

The indication of an object: A Service G Exhibition Center (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and H and I (hereinafter referred to as “B”) shall enter into a lease and operation agreement for the entire area (E) of a villa in the G exhibition hall site located in Seongbuk-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon (E) (1st, 2, 3rd, 1,150 square meters in total) as follows:

Article 1(Purpose)In order to expand exhibition halls in the Daejeon Metropolitan City as multi-purpose exhibition convention facilities, the lease contract shall be extended for a limited period prescribed in Article 3 to facilitate the project while promoting the construction of the Daejeon Multi-Purpose Exhibition Center.

Article 3 (Term of Contract) The term of lease shall be from September 13, 2014 to September 12, 2016.

Article 4 (Rents and Rental Deposits) (1) The rent for the period prescribed in Article 3 shall be determined by the 44,715, 480 (Won 3,726, 290 won*12 months) of the daily gold, the KRW 44,715, 480 (Won 3,726, 290 won* 12 months) and “B” shall pay the monthly rent to “A” by the 25th day of each month in the account designated by “A.” In addition, if the contract is terminated by Article 5 (Business Facilities of Lease Objects) (2) the expiration of the contract term and Article 15 of the same contract, “B” shall not require any right or monetary compensation for facilities and business, including expenses incurred in improving and repairing the object, or any extension of the contract shall be returned to “A” at the expiration of the contract term and any extension of the contract term after the expiration of the contract term.
