1. Basic facts
A. The Promotion Committee for the Establishment of D Housing Redevelopment and Rearrangement Project (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”) was established for the Housing Redevelopment and Rearrangement Project (hereinafter “instant rearrangement Project”) within the 40,545m2 in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu (hereinafter “instant project”). On January 3, 2007, the management business entity specialized in rearrangement and rearrangement projects and the Defendant Company entered into a service contract for the specialized management (administrative) of the instant rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the following contents, and on March 9, 2007, paid the Plaintiff KRW 271,472,00 as service price.
