Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person working for the international marriage brokerage company in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 207.

An international marriage broker shall obtain personal information from a user and from the other party and provide it in writing, and shall not introduce a minor under the age of 18.

1. Around April 12, 2013, the Defendant, at the office of the above “C”, drafted a written international marriage agreement with D and Vietnam around May 29, 2013, left Korea with the said D and Vietnam, and did not provide translation, certification, and provision of personal information of the other party, and made the Defendant look at E, a Vietnam female, who is 17 years of age, and then put a marriage at the Vietnam’s site.

2. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant prepared F and International Marriage Agreements at the office of the above “C” around June 19, 2013, left Korea with F and Vietnam on June 22, 2013, left Korea with the said F and Vietnam, and did not provide translation, certification, and provision of the other party’s personal information, and made it 17 years of age look at G, a Vietnam female, and then put a marriage at Vietnam.

As above, the Defendant received personal information from the user and the other party and provided it in writing, but arranged international marriage between the user of international marriage and the foreign woman of less than 18.
