On October 25, 2020, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a d motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.137% from the distance of approximately 2 km section from the front of the mutual influent drinking house in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Man-dong to the front road in the Incheon Bupyeong-gu B.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving more than twice.
