1. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) to the Plaintiffs, each of the money stated in the “request amount” as set forth in the separate sheet; and (b) to that effect.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are the workers employed by the Defendant, who work in a position described in the “statement” in the attached Form.

B. Wages paid to the employees of the Defendant are determined by collective agreements and wage agreements concluded between the Defendant and the National Facility Management Trade Union. The relevant provisions of collective agreements between the Defendant and the National Facility Management Trade Union are as follows from 2010 to 2013.

Article 15 (Definition of Wages) Wages refer to all money and valuables paid to members for labor force, and the composition thereof shall be as follows:

(1) A basic allowance.
