1. The Defendant: 1,397,077 won to Plaintiff B; 1,068,319 won to Plaintiff C; 1,086,148 won to Plaintiff A; and 7,975.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs are the persons employed by the Defendant and worked as the engine room, the electricity room, and the field engineer.

B. Wages paid to the employees of the Defendant were determined by a collective agreement concluded between the Defendant and the National Facility Management Trade Union on May 26, 2010 (hereinafter “instant collective agreement”). The provisions pertaining to the instant collective agreement are as follows.

Article 16 (Definition of Wages)

1. The term "wages" means all money and valuables paid by an employer to members as compensation for work (referring to the money and valuables paid to members as compensation for work; hereinafter the same shall apply) and other money and valuables (such as meal, field training, summer leave, etc.) ordinary wages (basic pay, various allowances, food, field training, field training, and salary class) which are paid (basic pay), average wages means the amount calculated by dividing the total amount of wages paid for three months prior to the occurrence of reasons referred to in paragraph (1) (a), (b), (c) and (d) by the total number of days in that period:

Article 18 / [Reward]

1. An employer shall pay members a bonus of 300% of their average wages to them;

Provided, That the payment method shall be paid on the 25th day of each month.

2. The bonuses of reinstatement, temporary retirement from office, new insured persons and retired persons shall be paid on a daily basis;

3. It shall be paid only to those who hold office on the day of payment for New Year’s Day and New Year’s bonus.

Article 26 (Extended Work Hours) Work on extended holidays shall require the prior consent of members.

For holiday work and overtime work, 50/100 of ordinary wages shall be paid in addition to ordinary wages.

When paid holiday work and overtime, illumination, and night work overlap, each allowance shall be paid after adding up each allowance.

Article 27 ( Night Work Allowance) Night Work Allowance (22:00~06:00) Allowance shall be paid in addition to 50/100 of ordinary wage.

Article 29 (Opening Allowance)

1. An employer shall grant a paid leave of one day per month to all members who have worked in the middle of each month;

2. An open leave shall be freely available and automatically replaced by an open leave of absence;

3. The employer shall, in the absence of special circumstances.
