Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 31, 2012, the Defendant did not have the authority to enter into a contract for the said friendship or facilities, as delegated by E for construction works and business activities with respect to D private letter in his/her own city C.

Nevertheless, around September 6, 2012, the Defendant stated “F 12 Dong-gun F 1002,” “G, telephone column,” and “E price A” in the name column in the lessor’s address column of the land for taking bath facilities (services) in the Gu private house located in the Gu-Si, Do-si, Do-si, 12 Dong-dong, 102, and resident registration number column, and marked the Defendant’s seal on the name side of the above A.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared a copy of the bathing facility(service) contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations, by gathering the qualification of agent of E.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1, delivered to I, as if the contract form for the use of bathing facilities (services) was duly formed, at the time and at the same time and place as above 1, an event was held.
