Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2012, around 22:40, the Defendant entered the 'C restaurant' located in Seoyang-gu, Soyang-gu B’ and without having to pay the food value from the beginning, the Defendant is one set of 1 sheet (13,000 won), three bottles (12,000 won), and yarns (12,00 won).

After one disease (3,500 won) is paid, the profits equivalent to 28,500 won were acquired by fraud by not paying food value.
