1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Presumed factual basis

A. A. On October 2006, Plaintiff A and the husband N of M paid 48,000,000 won for each of the plaintiffs B, C, and D paid 50,000,000 won for the purchase of a member's subscription certificate to the apartment housing association implemented in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO, for the purchase of a member's subscription certificate to the apartment association, the location condition of which is good can be sold to the general public. It was recommended that the purchase of a member's subscription certificate can be executed more than that of the general sale price. Until now, Plaintiff A would not be able to take an accident because there is no later quantity.

3) The Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against M&N, etc. on June 23, 2009 as Seoul Central District Court 2009Gahap7131, but was ruled against the Plaintiff on April 22, 2010. The Plaintiffs appealed as Seoul High Court 2010Na50818, and dismissed the Defendant’s judgment against the Plaintiff on August 11, 201, “N, M, jointly and severally, for the Plaintiff B, C, and D, KRW 48,00,000, KRW 50,000 for each of the 50,000,000 won to the Plaintiff, and KRW 36,000,000 for this, from February 1, 2007 to July 14, 2009, KRW 203,000 per annum 36,000,0000 for each of the above 30,000 M&M, 203,5,000.”

As to February 2, 2007, the maximum debt amount of KRW 330,000,000,000 and the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage with the debtor M/mortgage as the defendant (hereinafter “registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage of this case”).

C. The plaintiffs' compulsory auction and objection 1) The plaintiffs filed for compulsory auction on the real estate of this case with respect to M in accordance with the above final judgment against M and filed for compulsory auction on May 8, 2013.
