1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 2012, the Plaintiffs sold each of the real estate listed in the Attachment 1 through 18 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) among Q2 commercial buildings located in Daegu-gu Pdong-gu, Daegu-gu P around November 201, the Plaintiffs sold each of the instant real estate (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).

At the time of sale, the Plaintiffs received a loan from each financial institution as collateral and paid the sales price.

B. The Plaintiffs, who entered into a sales contract, sold each of the said real estate to the Defendants on July 26, 2013 while they owned each of the instant real estate by selling it.

Upon entering into the above sales contract, the Plaintiffs and the Defendants agreed that the Defendants shall transfer the registration of ownership of each of the instant real estate to the Defendants, and the Defendants agreed that the Defendants shall take over the claims for registration of each provisional seizure on the subject matter of sale and the secured obligations of each collateral security (the loans received from the financial institution at the time of sale by the Plaintiffs) established on the subject matter of sale

(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). C.

The Plaintiffs, such as the registration of ownership transfer and the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage, were transferred to the Defendants according to the above sales contract as follows. The Defendants, as to each real estate the ownership of which was transferred as follows, cancelled each of the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage and the registration of provisional seizure made by Qu council of occupants by the seller as the debtor.

On August 21, 2013, the date of cancellation of the registration of provisional seizure on August 21, 2013, including the registration of establishment of a mortgage near the date of the transfer registration (the Defendant Co., Ltd.) by the seller (attached Form No. 1 L L) (the date of cancellation of the registration of provisional seizure on August 21, 2013, the cancellation of the registration of provisional seizure on September 9, 2013 B B M B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B on September 10, 2013 on August 26, 2014, the cancellation of the right to collateral 4 CN on June 26, 2014 on August 26, 2014, the cancellation of the right to collateral 5D LD on August 16, 2013 on August 16, 2013.
