A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 6, 2018, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) prevented a DNA taxi operated by a victim C (the 58-year-old and South) from being drunk on the front of Pyeongtaek-si B, without any justifiable reason; and (b) continuously cut the studs of the said taxi into drinking once a week; and (c) damages the 455,486 won of the repair cost.

2. At the same time and time as indicated in paragraph 1, the injured Defendant was placed with E and Si reserve, a taxi passenger who resisted the above Defendant’s action at the same place, and the victim F (the victim F (the 40 years old and south) who was E’s franchising the victim’s face, thereby having the victim go beyond the ground floor in light of the victim’s face franchising, thereby causing injury to the victim, i.e., shoulder and other surrounding land and power lines necessary for approximately nine weeks medical treatment, damage to the victim’s franchis and franchis, and the franchising of rain.
