Criminal facts

On June 17, 2012, the Defendant proposed to “A” victim C to “a patented a screen game, open one game room at the Chungcheongdo,” and then, to the effect that “E” office located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 1506, “Arh will install a house system, such as tery work and game machine, at one game room at the face of the week” to the victim, victim F, G, and H, and “Arh will install a house at one game room at the face of the week.” On July 17, 2012, the Defendant prepared a game contract with “50 million won if KRW 100 million is paid,” and the proceeds therefrom will be divided to 5:5,500,000 won and the proceeds therefrom will be divided into KRW 50 million.”

However, at the time, the Defendant was not granted a patent for the screen fishing game, and even if the Defendant received money from the victims as the expenses for opening the game room, it was planned to use it for another purpose, and there was no intention or ability to provide the victims with the facilities and equipment of the screen fishing game room.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims and deceiving them to do so, KRW 12 million on the same day under the pretext of total sales and installation expenses of a game room, KRW 13 million on July 18, 2012, and the same year.
