Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with the victim D, E, and F, operated a mutually unlawful game room, “H” on the first floor of the building located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, from December 2009 to October 8, 2010. The victim disposed of the said game room on behalf of the Defendant and E around October 201, and the victim delivered the Defendant KRW 50 million around December 201, and KRW 15 million around May 11, 201, respectively, thereby completing the settlement of the said game room.

Nevertheless, on December 7, 2015, the Defendant, using the fact that the victim operated the above game room, thought the victim to receive money, and decided on December 16, 2015, “J hotel 16:00,000 won” to the victim at the “J hotel” coffee shop located in Busan Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, 200, and 2 years at the meeting of the Defendant, “I am at the meeting of the prosecutor’s office because of the correspondence. 50 million won is soon known.”

Around 16:00 on December 14, 2015, the Defendant issued a copy of the “L hotel” coffee shop located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, on a 50,000,000 won check to be issued by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by threatening the victim.

2. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant who attempted to go through the text message from the victim to “I am bad. I am bad. I am bad because I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I do not am. I do am.
