Punishment of the crime

From middle school to middle school-friendly relationship is the Defendants.

1. On August 6, 2014, at around 05:30 on August 6, 2014, Defendant B driven a G-owned H SP car at approximately 200 meters away from the vicinity of the wind bridge located along the coast of Gangseo-si to the front of the F in Gangnam-si, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.188%.

2. On August 6, 2014, at around 05:30 on August 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) drinked with B while drinking alcohol along with B around the wind bridge located along the coast of Gangseo-si; (b) caused an accident that shocks the road border seat by driving a H Spke vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.188%; (c) on the same day, the Defendant sent a telephone to Ma-gu, 06:09, and (d) was punished if B was frighted due to drinking driving even before her driving; (d) the case may be completed without any investigation if he was driven with B; and (e) at around 06:15, he saw A with the phone, “I am hick, B am, I am, and I am am hick.”

A consenting to this, he made a false statement to K in the circumstances belonging to the JJ district unit of the Gangseo-gu Police Station, which called "in the course of operating a vehicle in the city, the accident occurred while driving the vehicle in the city." On the same day, A responded to a drinking test at the J district unit of the Gangseo-gu Police Station of the Gangseo-gu Police Station located in Gangnam-gu L around 07:03 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant instigated A to escape from committing a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

3. Defendant A knew of the fact that, around 06:09 on August 6, 2014, Defendant A received calls from C and gave rise to the occurrence of an accident while driving in the state of drinking, as described in the foregoing 2.
