A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Attempted theft and intrusion upon residence;

A. From November 2016 to December 201, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went into a house where the victim D residing in Hanam-gun C; (b) went through a gate, which was opened in the house; and (c) invaded upon the victim’s residence; (d) attempted to steal an object, but failed to find an object that could be stolen; and (e) failed to commit an attempted crime.

B. On April 3, 2017, the Defendant entered a house where the victim F, who was in the Southern Gun E, was living, and went out to the house, and intrudes on the victim’s residence, and attempted to steals the object, but did not escape from the sound of the next house, and did not perform an attempted crime.

2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. The Defendant: (a) entered a house with the victim H located in the Nam-gun G in the above paragraph 1-A around the day and night, and went beyond the fence and intrudes on the victim’s residence; and (b) took 700,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the embankment, and stolen it.

B. On March 28, 2017, at around 14:00 on March 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had been living in Gyeongnam-gun I; (b) had taken LPG gas pipes and trees; (c) infringed upon the victim’s residence by taking out the cG gas pipes and trees; and (d) had a cash of KRW 200,000,000 owned by the victim; and (b) had them stolen.

On April 2, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant opened a kitchen window on the part of the victim L, who was living in Bosung-gunK and did not locked through the gate, and went to the inside, and infringed upon the victim’s residence, and stolen the same with cash of KRW 600,000 owned by the victim in the West, etc.

(d)

On May 13, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant came into a house where the victim N was living in M in Busan City around 09:0, and went into the wall and intrudes upon the victim’s residence, and then came into the bank and the governance bank.
