A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 12, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on July 12, 2017, on the part of the Defendant’s dwelling located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) inserted 0.05 grams into a injection machine; (b) injected water as soon as possible; and (c) injected them into the Defendant’s left arms.

2. On July 13, 2017, from around 19:55 to around 20:35, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance, such as: (a) the Defendant, at a F hotel operated by the victim E (52 aged) in the sphere of Suwon-si, who was in the sphere of Suwon-si, expressed a large amount of voice in the state of administration of chophonephones as referred to in paragraph (1); and (b) the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, attempted to take an action to enter other guest rooms, and (c) attempted to keep the hotel staff in the choter from suffering from physical illness.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's hotel operation by force.
