A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.03g of the Mesophical clopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) from F, in cash, approximately KRW 0.03g of Melopon, a local mental medicine, in front of the E hospital located in Jinju-si, Jinju-si.

2. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophonephones purchased as above, in the H Park cremation room located in J, Jinju-si, in a way of drinking them by hanging at the h.m.
