A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant registered as an election campaign worker belonging to the C election campaign liaison office of the candidates for the 21st election of National Assembly members, and B, under the D political party, elected after going through the above election. E, under the F political party, was a person who participated in the above election and was in competition with B, and the victim G is a spouse of the above E.

No person shall publish any false information about a candidate or his/her spouse, in a manner unfavorable to a candidate by means of a speech, broadcasting, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or any other means, with the intention of preventing a person from being elected, or defame any candidate or his/her spouse by openly pointing out any fact, or defame any candidate or his/her spouse, by revealing any false information openly through an information and communications network to defame any person.

Nevertheless, at around 15:19 on March 30, 2020, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that, “I, currently, was fluent with fluor and fluor in J apartment Kap, the lower court found the current father at the E-U. E-U. room, and was fluord with fluor in the instant J apartment Kap, thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to escape the disturbance of the victim, who is the spouse of the E-U. fluor, to find dluor in the beauty room.”

However, in fact, there was no disturbance in the above beauty art room, and there was no fact that the defendant's friendship had observed it at the same place.

Accordingly, the defendant published false facts about the victim who is the spouse of the E candidate to be disadvantageous to the E candidate for the purpose of preventing the winning of the E candidate, and slandered the victim who is the spouse of the E candidate by openly pointing out false facts.
