Punishment of the crime

A false fact shall not be published with respect to a candidate, his/her spouse, lineal ascendant or descendant, or sibling unfavorable to the candidate through a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or any other means, with the intention of preventing him/her from being elected.

The Defendant, in the 7th nationwide local election, was a person who runs as a candidate for the B political party of the Do Do Do Do dong-do Do Do dong-do Do dong-si Do Do. The Defendant’s wife was not assaulted by the E candidates belonging to the Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do

At around 19:00 on June 11, 2018, the Defendant attended the Cparty Pay in front of the “the street of the head of the Sinpo-dong”, and published false facts against many unspecified electorates, “The second his wife assaulted against the other candidate at the hospital at present. As a result, the Defendant published false information about the candidates to be disadvantageous to the candidates for the purpose of preventing them from being elected to the E candidates who departed from the 7th nationwide local election.
