1. Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act;

A. On April 9, 2015, Defendant A’s violation of the rules by Defendant A submitted an outdoor assembly report with the content of the name of the assembly, “UU Resolution”, “12:00 to 16:0, Apr. 24, 2015”, “V prior delivery”, “National Metal Trade Union”, and “T, etc. of the host organization” at the Seoul Yongsan Police Station.

Although the organizer of an assembly or demonstration is prohibited from doing any act clearly deviating from the scope of the reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc., the Defendant, in collusion with India around April 14:00 on April 24, 2015, in collusion with T, etc., and such report is the organizer of the 'UU Resolution Resolution' as mentioned above.
