Defendants are not guilty.

1. Defendant A is the head of Fransung Factory Sub-chapter branch, Defendant B is the head of the subordinate organization of the subordinate organization of the subordinate organization, Defendant C is the head of the subordinate organization of the subordinate organization, Defendant C is the head of the subordinate organization of the subordinate organization.

On July 8, 2013, the Defendants issued a guideline to the subdivision members belonging to the Defendants for the implementation of the 4-hour strike for the conversion of non-regular workers into regular workers on July 10, 2013. After gathering 200 members around July 14, 2013, the Defendants obstructed the work of the said subdivision members by force of the vehicle production volume of 1 hour and 24 minutes, including:0,000, around July 10, 2013.

2. Determination

A. Comprehensively taking account of each evidence submitted by the prosecutor, the fact that the Defendants interfered with F’s vehicle production business as stated in the above facts charged is recognized.

B. However, the following circumstances acknowledged by the records of the instant case, namely, the National Metal Trade Union, in negotiations with the Metal Industry Users' Council on matters such as the regularization of non-regular workers, applied for mediation of labor disputes to the National Labor Relations Commission on June 20, 2013, and notified the schedule and contents of the dispute acts, including "the strike of July 10, 2013," under the umbrella unit union, including the F branches' in-house subconferences (hereinafter referred to as the " in-house sub-chapters") on June 25, 2013, around 200 members of the chemical component conference including the Defendants, including the above 14:30 on July 14:05, the National Metal Trade Union made the above factory from around 14:30 on July 14, 2013 before the meeting in-house, and notified the union news after the meeting in-house conference.
