Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant driven a B-type cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from around 20km to the front road of the Manyang-gun located in the Manyang-gun, Chungcheongnamyang-gun, and from around 10:20 on the same day, from around 10:20 on the front of the Manyang-gun, Manyang-gun.
