A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Water-Related Leisure Activities Safety Act;

(a) No person shall navigate any power-driven water leisure craft without obtaining an operator license, and no person shall use such power-driven water leisure craft for water-related leisure activities without obtaining registration;

Nevertheless, from around 06:30 on August 4, 2016 to 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant, through a branch office in South Korea, in the middle of the building in front of the building in South Korea, has operated an unregistered water-free water-free zone (agency E) with power-driven water leisure craft without obtaining an operator license from around 2 km to the point of departure.

B. From around 18:00 to 19:30 on August 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated without obtaining an operator license from South Korea to the point of origin at approximately 3 km from South Korea to the point of origin; (b) without obtaining an operator license from South Korea to the point of origin at approximately 82 km in front of the same Eup.

C. On August 5, 2016, from around 18:40 to 19:00, the Defendant operated an unregistered water-driven leisure watercraft (agency number E) with an engine-powered water leisure craft without obtaining an operator license from approximately 4 km section in front of the building in South and North Korea, through the point of departure from South Korea to the number of Eup from South Korea to the 82 short-sea area from the same Eup. In front of the building in South and North Korea, the Defendant operated an engine-driven water leisure craft (agency number E) without obtaining an operator license.

2. The defendant is a person engaged in the operation of a trade by purchasing a stoptopy (institutional number E) around August 3, 2016, which is the injury by occupational negligence, occupational negligence, death, etc.

On August 5, 2016, around 19:00, the Defendant was operating the victim F (31 years of age) and the victim G (31 years of age) on the back of the above water surface of the Defendant, which is owned by the Defendant, in front of the building in South Korea, which is located in the Chungcheong-gun C.
