2. The parties' assertion;

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the lease of this case was implicitly renewed, and the lease relationship has been maintained according to the terms and conditions of the previous lease.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff notified the termination of the lease contract as of January 21, 2015.

Therefore, as the lease contract is terminated, the defendant is obligated to remove plastic houses, etc. installed on the land of this case and deliver the land of this case to the plaintiff, and return the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.

B. The lease of the instant land between the Plaintiff and the Defendant was implicitly renewed, and the term of the lease has not expired.
