Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] (Defendant A) around August 22, 2013, Defendant A posted a letter to the effect that, at the PC room near the Dongdong-dong, Busan, Defendant A, the Internet website, “I sell the Kodebul Trade Ba”, and then, Defendant A, who reported and contacted the above letter, sent KRW 135,000 to the victim F, who sent KRW 135,000 to the victim F.

However, Defendant A did not have the above crowdfunding, and even if he received money from the victim, Defendant A did not have the intent or ability to sell the crowdfunding.
Nevertheless, Defendant A deceiving the victim as above and received KRW 135,00 from the victims to the account of community credit cooperatives (G) in the name of the Defendant as well as from August 22, 2013 to August 25, 2013, by deceiving the victims in the same way ten times in total, and received KRW 1,964,000 from the victims.
[2014 Highest 5357] (Defendant A), Defendant A, H, I, and J acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that they were stolen, upon receiving a request from the victim N to dispose of five (4.5 d.5 d.) of the market price in the possession of the victim which they stolen from the victim N around October 28, 2013 from L located in the second floor of Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

1.
