Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 08:00 on December 13, 2018, the Defendant reported a job offer advertisement posted by the victim C who operates an entertainment drinking house at the office of the Defendant located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, by visiting the victim by visiting the victim by visiting (AC). There are two persons (AC) and Jeju-do, and want to move to the owner of the malicious business. However, the Defendant would return to the owner of the malicious business by sending KRW 600,000,000,000.
However, in fact, the defendant did not have two women in Jeju-do, and with two women, there was no intention or ability to pay money from the victim when he was employed as an entertainment drinking house of the victim.
As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim and received 600,000 won from the victim to the bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant.
2. Around December 14, 2018, the Defendant contacted the victim C with an entertainment drinking house of the victim while working in the victim’s entertainment drinking house, and falsely told the victim as if he/she had paid the expenses he/she received as well as the expenses that he/she received as prescribed in the above paragraph 1, and “Ap. I send hospital expenses in advance. I send hospital expenses.”
However, the defendant did not have any child and did not have any intention or ability to pay money to the victim while he was employed as an entertainment drinking house by the victim.
The Defendant, as such, was remitted 200,000 won to the account (D) in the name of the Defendant under the name of the victim for medical treatment of her children.
3. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim of job offer advertisements filed by the victim E in the French area in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, by phoneing the victim, stating that “in the present city, four people are in the friendship of Jeju-do at present. They will work at the victim’s entertainment center located in the Gyeongnam-gu, Gyeongnam-do. If you want to do so, the Defendant sent KRW 1,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.”
