A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[Attachment to Cumulative Crime] On June 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night guards and for larceny at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on two years and nine months, and completed the execution of the sentence at Seongdong-gu District Court on July 5, 2015.

[2016 Godan1158] On December 19, 2015, at around 05:42, the Defendant opened and intruded the entrance and used the gap in which the victim E, who is a guest, was locked, carried out 400,000 won in cash within the wall of the victim located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant, as above, invaded upon the victim’s room at night, stolen the property.

[2016 Godan1131] On June 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 06:03, the Dongdaemun-gu F and the third floor Gamoto 307; (b) opened a door by means of the gaps in which the victim H does not lock the entrance; and (c) intrudes into the room possessed by the victim; and (d) continued to take out KRW 30,000,000,00 in cash from the wall of the victim H.

As above, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s room and stolen the victim’s property.

[2016 Highest 1338 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate by using the gap of the victim J and the victim K’s entrance, and intrudes into the room possessed by the victims, around 04:5 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant took money and valuables equivalent to KRW 480,000,000,000,000,000 from the wall of the victimJ, and KRW 330,000,000,000,000 won per day from the wall of the victim K; (b) invaded the victim’s property from July 10, 2016 to July 29, 2016, or occupied the victim’s property at night.
