1. The plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned are medical corporations that establish and operate the J Hospital located in Chungcheongnam-si I (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and are the medical professionals belonging to the Defendant Hospital, and the Plaintiff B and C are parents of the Plaintiff.

나. 피고 병원에서의 수술 경위 1) A은 2013. 1. 10.경 충주시 E 소재 F리조트 스키장 내에서 스키강사로부터 수업을 받던 중 넘어지면서 오른쪽 다리가 꺽여 우측 대퇴골 간부 분쇄골절 등의 상해를 입고, 같은 날 수안보소방서 119안전센터 구급차로 피고 병원의 응급실로 후송된 후 바로 입원하였다. 2) A은 2013. 1. 11.경 피고 병원 소속 의사인 G로부터 관혈적 정복술 및 금속판 내고정술(이하 ‘이 사건 수술’이라 한다)을 시행받았고, 그 후 피고 병원에서 골유합 진행 경과에 따른 치료 및 검사를 받았으며, 2013. 2. 6.경 피고 병원에서 퇴원하였다.

C. 1) After discharge, A received pain treatment after discharge, and around April 6, 2013, A applied to the Defendant Hospital, she saw pains on the first string part of the discharge. However, around April 20, 2013, A was suspected of infection in the operation department and transferred A to the Chungcheong University Hospital.

The deceased of A (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) and the deceased of the lawsuit by co-inheritors were transferred to Samsung Seoul Hospital on April 22, 2013 on the ground that the pelf is suspected of being the pelf, and received a final diagnosis of the pelf, around April 30, 2013.

Since then on November 24, 2014, the Deceased's mission was cut down at the Korea Institute of Radiological and Medical Sciences.
