A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a W125 motorcycle.

On February 5, 2019, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle at around 21:56, and changed the course to one lane in the direction of carbon death distance, depending on the two-lane two lanes in front of the Dental Hospital in the Manam-si C, Sungnam-si.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got the back portion of the FGGFGGGGGGGGG car driven by the injured party E (the age of 26) by the negligence of changing the lane from the two lanes to the one lane, and the lower part of HG bus driven by the G (the age of 44) who was driving beyond the above motorcycle due to its shock, was driving beyond the above motorcycle and stopped on the two lanes.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained an injury to the victim E in the clofGGI’s base for approximately two weeks of medical treatment; the victim I (26 years of age); the victim I (26) who was on the said GlofGGGI’s car, suffered respectively the injury of the clof’s base and tension with the shoulder of a shoulder that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; the victim J (26 years of age); and the victim K (26 years of age) suffered the injury of the clof’s base for the clof’s clof’s base for medical treatment.
