A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Public performance and obscene;

A. On August 5, 2013, the Defendant of public performance obscenity, around 13:20 on August 5, 2013, 2013, performed an act of openly obscene act at a place where many unspecified people pass through by using a DNA verification strawing bus stop (e.g., 18 years old) in the Cheongju-gu C apartment bus stop (defing direction at the Cheongdong-dong), which was operated by the Defendant, while discovering the bus, the bus was waiting for the bus. The said car was stopped immediately after the occurrence of the instant desire, and then the said car was stopped.

B. On August 6, 2013, the Defendant of public performance obscenity, around 13:20 on August 6, 2013, committed a publicly obscene act by discovering the said E, waiting for the bus, and causing a sudden desire for it, while operating the said car at the bus stops (a string direction at a non-dong).

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated;

A. On August 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) around 13:00 on August 5, 2013, the Defendant operated a registration license plate with a land and tape attached to the registration license plate attached to the said passenger car in the street near the F apartment in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) made it difficult to identify the registration license plate.

B. On August 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) around 13:00 on August 6, 2013, operated the said car with the same method as Paragraph (b) of Article 2 at the same place; and (b) made it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
