A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 15:04 on June 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around Gwangjin-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) was able to find out a non-personal woman coming from the direction of the Defendant; (c) was able to detect a woman coming from the Defendant’s sexual organ in front of the said woman; (d) was fluoring the said woman after the said woman was fluorcated with the head and fluor on the face of the head by wearing a mastromoth; (c) was fluor; and (d) was fluoring the sexual organ in front of the said woman; and (e) was fluoring the said woman after the said woman was fluor; and (e) was fluoring the said woman; and (e) was fluoring the mast and fluor; and (e) was fluoring the general public’s sexual desire to cause sexual humiliation or harm of sexual humiliation by stimulating.
In addition, the Defendant, from June 6, 2015 to June 30, 2019, from around June 6, 2015 to June 30, 2019, went back to the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City in a total of nine times, and publicly made obscene acts against many unspecified and unspecified women.
2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;
(a) No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated;
At around 14:00 on June 30, 2019, the Defendant operated the upper part of the Defendant’s residence from the front side of Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant’s residence to the place of the crime under the above 1.1., with the KON-ro face covering the KON-ro and the registration license plate of the lower part of the above 1.
In addition, from March 10, 2019 to June 30, 2019, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle with a registration license plate affixed from around March 10, 2019 to around June 30, 2019, at the date, place, and a total of six times.
