Criminal facts

The Defendant posted an advertisement that helps the victims who reported and found the advertisement at the Internet site “B,” and attempted to obtain the said siren fee by means of searching for the said vehicle.

1. On November 16, 2017, the Defendant against the victim C received KRW 11,70,000 from the victim on the same day under the name of the said vehicle siren, and delivered the said vehicle to Nonindicted Party F on the lower police officer of the same month, as if the victim reported the above advertisement did not have any intent or ability to properly siren Epina car, despite the fact that the victim did not have any intent or ability to properly siren Epina car, the Defendant reported the above advertisement, and as such, had the victim receive KRW 10,000,000 from the victim on the same day under the name of the said vehicle siren, etc., and had him find the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, thereby deceiving 11.7 million won.

2. On November 20, 2017, the Defendant against the victim G received money of KRW 13.7 million from the victim to the K bank account in the name of JJ on the same day and delivered the said vehicle to the said vehicle on the 26th of the same month, on the ground that the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to give the victim with the I U U U U U.S. car with the I U U U.S. car, the Defendant reported the above advertisement, despite the absence of the intent or ability to give the victim with the I U.S. car with the I U.S. car, and as such, the Defendant had the victim find the said vehicle on the 26th of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, thereby deceiving 13.7 million won.

3. In and around November 24, 2017, the Defendant against the victim L, the Defendant reported the above advertisements to the victim, despite the absence of the victim’s intent or ability to set a siren, in and around the city of the Government, the Defendant reported the above advertisements.
