A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a package freight vehicle B.

On March 3, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on March 16:27, 2015, driven the foregoing cargo vehicle and proceeded to a road near the new king distance in the south-gu Southern-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, with a view to driving the vehicle at the two sking distance away from the two sking distance. The Defendant: (a) caused the shock of the foregoing accident to inflict injury on salt, tensions, etc. in a shoulder pipe, which requires treatment for approximately two weeks; (b) caused the victim I (53 years of age, women) on the lue Cargo to inflict an injury on salt, tensions, etc. of the bones of wood that requires treatment for about three weeks; and (c) caused the above G to inflict an injury on the lue salt, tensions, etc. of tensions requiring treatment for about two weeks; and (d) at the same time, the said G to inflict an injury on the lue Vehicle and the lue Vehicle, the i40 Passenger Vehicle and the 1,578,348, 1,051,498, 918,718, 918,718, and the victims, and left the lue Vehicle without taking necessary measures, as they were, at the site.
